How long does shipping take?
Due to our warehouse relocation, delivery times are currently extended. You can find information regarding delivery timeframes on the product detail pages as well as during checkout. Please take this into account before finalizing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
If no other time limit is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2-6 working days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 9-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
We ship the orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (NRW).
If goods you ordered are not in stock and have to be backordered from one of our suppliers or have to be manufactured in our workshop, a correspondingly longer delivery time will be indicated in the order process.
If you have ordered several items with varying delivery times, your package will not be sent until the order is complete and ready for shipment.
Should you wish a delivery of the available products in advance, please leave us a comment during the order process. After the order is completed, a change of your order is no longer possible.
