How much lead time do I need?

If you don't want to limit your selection to items in our in-stock collection, we recommend booking an appointment approximately four months in advance. Especially during the peak season from January to July, our seamstresses need this time to create your dream dress. Be sure to allow enough time for minor alterations, such as adjusting the skirt length, at your preferred tailor.

But even last-minute brides getting married in just a few weeks will find what they're looking for with us. Many two-piece outfits, which you can also find in our online shop, are available with a short delivery time.

Can I make special requests?

A consultation in our showroom has the advantage of allowing you to discuss special requests. Do you love the lace on the Niah top but would prefer a wedding dress with sleeves? No problem – for an additional charge, we can create your desired top for you, as long as it's technically feasible. We can also accommodate minor alterations, such as adjusting the length of the top.

However, custom tailoring is unfortunately not possible. For the finishing touches and the perfect skirt length, we are happy to recommend alteration tailors in your area after your purchase.

Are appointments at the noni showroom subject to a fee?

Currently, all appointments at our showroom are free of charge.
Please note for appointments at the Bridal Design Outlet: A consultation fee of €19 will be charged at the end of the appointment if you haven't found what you're looking for. If you find your favorite piece, the fee is waived.
We will reserve your appointment for you after you have booked it and will prepare carefully for your visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know in good time via our contact form or by phone.

Is the showroom wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the lower level of our showroom is wheelchair accessible and can be reached without steps. There is one fitting room located there, which we would be happy to reserve for you.

It is crucial to choose the right size wedding dress to ensure that it fits perfectly and you feel comfortable in it.

The optimal fit
Your body measurements are the key to determining the right clothing size. During your visit, your consultant will measure you to make sure your dress fits correctly. Even if a dress is the correct size, minor adjustments may be required to make it perfect. Be it adjusting the length or sewing in certain areas, alterations can transform a good dress into the perfect wedding dress. You can have adjustments to your wedding dress made by a tailor you trust. Following your appointment in the noni showroom, your advisor will provide you with a list of reputable and professional tailoring shops if you don't know of a studio in your area. Remember that changes can take time. So make sure you allow enough time to make any changes before your big day.

The fit of a wedding dress depends heavily on your exact measurements and the quality of the fittings. Good fit is characterized by a comfortable fit that is neither too tight nor too loose, an appropriate length that fits your height and shoes well, and proportions that flatter your body shape.

Good preparation can make all the difference when it comes to finding the perfect dress.

We recommend blush or nude underwear for the fitting, as, depending on the wedding dress, bras and panties in white or black can shine through and distract from the overall impression of the wedding dress. If you don't have suitable lingerie, that's not a problem. Simply wear the lingerie that provides the slightest contrast to your skin tone. White and black are generally the least suitable here.

In our showroom we have shoes to try on for you, as well as matching bras that can be worn under the wedding dress. Some brides prefer to try on different wedding dresses with fine tights, so you should bring those with you too. If you already have shoes or know what heel height you want to get married in, bring a pair of shoes that comes closest to what you envision as your final bridal shoes. This is important for the length of your outfit.

Many brides feel more comfortable with a little make-up, but please remember: heavy make-up and especially lip gloss or lipstick quickly lead to stains on the wedding dresses. That's why we ask you to only apply your make-up discreetly for your showroom appointment. When we try it on, we have a hood ready for you to protect the dress from unwanted stains.

Take inspiration pictures and notes with you
Collect pictures of outfits, create mood boards that you like and bring them with you to the fitting. This will help you and your customer advisor better understand your style and preferences. You can also get inspiration in the noni online shop and from our noni brides.

During the consultation, ask all the questions you need, for example about the available sizes and possible customization options, the prices and the duration of the order and delivery.

Do you like our dresses, but would you like to see the wedding dresses “in real life” before making an appointment? We look forward to your visit and are happy to answer any questions you may have, but unfortunately it is not possible to spontaneously try on wedding dresses.
In order to avoid waiting times for you and your companion and so that our advisory team can better plan your visit, we recommend that you book an appointment in advance. We really like to invest a lot of time in personal and individual advice - but we also have to manage the time capacity of our customer advisors. In our small company, every consultant has other important tasks. They work as seamstresses, cutting directors, take care of customers' orders and answer all your questions by email, live chat and on the phone.

Ideally, you will find the outfit you want during your appointment. Following your appointment, your consultant will create an offer for you, which will be sent by email.

But the most important thing is: trust your inner voice. Do you feel comfortable in the outfit you tried on? Do you have enough freedom of movement? Is the dress comfortable? Do you have a wedding dress that not only appeals to your companion or your advisor, but also to you personally? Our sensitive customer advisors will never force a wedding dress on you that you no longer like afterwards. So don't worry: you don't have to decide right away, after all, choosing a wedding dress is an important matter that needs to be carefully considered. Our offer remains valid for 14 days.

Are you not from Cologne or the surrounding area so you can't visit us for advice? Or would you rather try on the wedding dresses in peace and quiet at home? You can easily order your wedding dress, accessories and shoes in our online shop, and of course you can also order several models and sizes for comparison. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the items without giving any reason.
