Returns

If you would like to exchange or return an item, you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your complete order.

Send us the filled out cancellation form with the corresponding articles:

Print and purchase a return voucher via our portal. All returns will be handled with DHL.

Dropoff your return at an acceptance point of your choice.
Important note: For selection orders where you try out different items of clothing in different sizes or styles, we would like to point out that a fair use service fee of €10 will be charged if no item of clothing is kept. In this case, after your return has been checked, €10 will be deducted from your credit. You can find detailed information about this here.

For returns outside the EU please note: In the customs context, you are exporter, which means that you are responsible for proper registration of the goods. For this purpose, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.
