You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. You can easily create and purchase a shipping label via our returns portal. We handle all returns for you with DHL. Alternatively, you can handle the goods with a service provider of your choice.

For returns outside the EU please note: In the customs context, you are exporter, which means that you are responsible for proper registration of the goods. For this purpose, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.
