What are the conditions that exclude items from being exchanged or returned?
Items that you return to us must be unworn, of course. Please pay special attention to the following points:
Shoes: We can only accept shoes back if the shoes, their protective foil and packaging are in perfect condition. For more details click here.
Briefs: When trying on a pair of briefs, please wear your own panties under the ordered model for hygienic reasons. If you return a pair of panties to us, please remove the hygienic seal beforehand.
Adhesive bras: The protective seal on the cups may not be removed. If not, the adhesive bra is unfortunately excluded from exchange.
For panties and briefs packaged by the manufacturer: we will only take back unopened or sealed original packaging!
Pantyhose and adhesive fashion tape: Only unopened or sealed original packaging can be returned.
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the following items are generally excluded from exchange: books and magazines.
