When and how do I get a refund?

The total amount will be credited within 14 days after we received your return and after a successful quality control. You will be credited according to the payment method you originally chose. In any case, please remember to respect the return period of 14 days.

Important note: For selection orders where you try out different items of clothing in different sizes or styles, we would like to point out that a fair use service fee of €10 will be charged if no item of clothing is kept. In this case, after your return has been checked, €10 will be deducted from your credit. You can find detailed information about this here.
