What do I need to bear in mind when returning shoes?

Please note the following points when ordering shoes:

1. we can only accept returned shoes if the shoes, protective film and packaging are in perfect condition.

Depending on the manufacturer, there is a thin protective film under the sole of your shoe. However, this only protects against light wear and tear, such as carefully trying on shoes on carpeted floors. Once you have decided on your dream shoe, you can remove the film. You will usually find the beginning of the film on the heel of your shoe and can simply peel it off - if you are sure you want to keep the shoe!

When trying on the shoes you have ordered, only try them on carpet! Wooden or stone floors very easily scratch the precious sole. If you don't have a carpet, you can put a blanket or towel underneath to try on the shoes. Please repack the shoes carefully and make sure that the heel does not press into the leather of the other shoe.

2. please use our or another sturdy box for the return shipment and not the shoe box as the actual shipping box!
