What do I need consider if returning underwear?
In general, for underwear packaged in boxes or cartons by the manufacturer: we will only take back unopened or sealed original packaging.
Briefs: When trying on a pair of briefs, please be sure to wear your own panties underneath for hygienic reasons. If you return a pair of panties to us, please remove the hygienic seal beforehand.
Adhesive bra: The protective seal on the cups may not be removed.
Pantyhose and adhesive fashion tape: only unopened or sealed original packaging can be returned.
