You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We offer you the opportunity to easily create and purchase a shipping label through our return portal.

You have a 14-day time limit for your return and you can find the individual prices for returns here.

For returns outside the EU please note: In the customs context, you are exporter, which means that you are responsible for proper registration of the goods. For this purpose, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.
