What do I need to consider when returning underwear?

In general, for underwear packaged by the manufacturer in boxes or cartons: only unopened or sealed original packaging will be taken back by us.

Briefs: For hygienic reasons, please wear your own briefs under the model you ordered when trying on briefs. If you send a pair of briefs back to us, please remove the hygienic strip beforehand.

Adhesive bras: The protective film on the cups must not be removed.

Tights and self-adhesive fashion tape: We will only accept returns of unopened or sealed original packaging.
