When and how do I get my money refunded?
For returns, please use the returns portal exclusively; this is the only way we can ensure a smooth process, identify your shipment more quickly, and process it more efficiently!
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until your return has been received and inspected.
The purchase price will be credited to your account within 14 days of receiving your return and successfully passing our quality control check, using your original payment method. Depending on your bank and payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please remember to observe the 14-day return period.
Please note that only items purchased in the noni online shop can be returned; items purchased in-store during a showroom or outlet visit are not eligible for return.
