When are items excluded from exchange or return?

All items that you return to us must of course be unworn. Please pay particular attention to the following points:

Shoes: We can only take back shoes if the shoes, protective film and packaging are in perfect condition. You can find more information on handling shoes here.

Briefs: For hygienic reasons, please wear your own briefs under the model you ordered when trying on briefs. If you send a pair of briefs back to us, please remove the hygiene strip beforehand.
For briefs packaged by the manufacturer: we will only take back unopened or sealed original packaging!

Adhesive bras: The protective film on the cups must not be removed. Otherwise the adhesive bra cannot be exchanged.

Tights and self-adhesive fashion tape: We will only accept returns of unopened or sealed original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the following items are generally excluded from exchange: Books and magazines.
