Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We offer you the opportunity to easily create and purchase a shipping label through our return portal. For returns, please use the returns portal exclusively; this is the only way we can ensure a smooth process, identify your shipment more quickly, and process it more efficiently!

You have a 14-day time limit for your return and you can find the individual prices for returns here.

For returns outside the EU please note: In the customs context, you are exporter, which means that you are responsible for proper registration of the goods. For this purpose, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.

Please note that only items purchased in the noni online shop can be returned; items purchased in-store during a showroom or outlet visit are not eligible for return.
