For returns, please use the returns portal exclusively; this is the only way we can ensure a smooth process, identify your shipment more quickly, and process it more efficiently!

For returns outside the EU please note: In the customs context, you are exporter, which means that you are responsible for proper registration of the goods. For this purpose, we ask you to obtain the relevant information from the customs authority responsible for you.
